| | | | 1955 UK Matchbox Daimler Ambulance and Plastic Copy(Reference #03-12-02m)
In the late 1950s and early 1960s, Matchbox vehicles were used as models for producing plastic copies in Hong Kong. On offer here is an original Matchbox Daimler (no 14) with its slightly larger Hong Kong plastic copy. The Matchbox original has slight wear to the ridged parts of the body sides and a partially damaged Red Cross roof transfer. The Hong Kong plastic Daimler ambulance is in perfect condition. Whether you collect ambulances or Matchbox cross-over toys, this interesting duo may appeal.

| | 1955 Boxed Matchbox No 12 Land Rover(Reference #4-9-509)
This delightful model of a Land Rover measures 1.75" long, and is in very good condition. There are some slight paint chips around the rim of the driver's hat, but otherwise the vehicle is near perfect. The box is, however, not so good, as it is worn, torn, and creased. One end flap is missing, and there is a small hole in one pictorial side of the box. If Land Rovers are your passion, then you really should have one of these in your collection.
